The New Moon of 10^th October occurs in the zodiac sign of Libra, the sign of balance between worlds. These worlds may be metaphorical and expressed on one of a multitude of levels, such as good and bad, life and death, truth and lies. All these levels of expression have to be confronted as we look for the balance of good justice in our living. 

This is the message of our New Moon in Libra occurring at 17 degrees longitude of that zodiac sign. The Sabian symbol of Jones-Wheeler for this zodiac degree is: 'A retired sea captain watches ships entering and leaving the harbour.' Sound familiar on the world news? How will those in charge direct the traffic across the waters of life or the physical waters of trade?

Unless you are a well disciplined person this New Moon in Libra is going to be found to herald another rather difficult month.  Can you do as you are told when necessary? Can you play according to the rules and accept responsibility for your own thinking and way of doing things? 

If not, then it is more than likely that external events will put you in a difficult situation from which these lessons of life can be learnt.

 

Maybe the help comes from striving to achieve a balance between the Yin and Yang, the pluses and minuses of living; between the going forward and holding back and as necessity dictates whilst not being too anal or aggressive about it. How kind, considerate and generous can you be? This is the test of your relationships and of your relating abilities.

Ride the tide to Full Moon around the 26^th October and be ready to deal with the fall-out of your efforts made over the previous weeks. Some are destined to find it hard going but those who can win through without doing harm to others are sure to find a way to mend relationships and see their value. As the month draws to a close, harvest your gains and show others how to move forward in a beneficial way of love and generosity, both of feelings and wealth.

Even if results are not available immediately, know that you have laid good foundations and wait for the fruit to ripen mid November when love and thoughts again unite.
